Everyone was very courteous and respectable, very helpful with different ideas. Sergey and his partner had the windows fit perfectly and they cleaned up excellently. Ivan the salesperson was very professional, comes back and checks on his work, very faithful. I live just outside of Rockyford AB and have recommended Window Mart to my three sisters and their families all living within a half hour drive. Two have already ordered their windows. One has theirs already in and happy. Great experience.

Weve been putting off getting our windows replaced for a few years now as we didnt feel financially prepared. We were pleasantly surprised, however when Ivan showed us how affordable it would be to just spread out the investment into flexible monthly payments. Voila! Now our big family is happier than ever, blessed with these lovely new windows our old ones could not even compare to. What a transformation! So thankful to Window Mart, Ivan, Sergey and Alex for helping us with the renovations!

There are many companies to choose from but Window Mart is just better. We could compare because we took a few estimates. With Ivan we got educated and not just estimated. With Serge we got the windows and doors put in the right way. We can surely say that we received professional and courteous service and serious quality product.

Great all around experience! Ivan was very nice to deal with as well as the crew that did the installation - professional and friendly. It took just a few moments observing Sergey and Alex at work to gain confidence that our new windows were in the right hands as they were becoming part of our home. Window Mart delivered on all levels. Ivan was much more thorough in his approach than the sales representatives. The windows were installed last week and it has been several days now of -20 and below and we are amazed at how well they seem to be insulated. We see no ice buildup around the corners inside like with our old windows and the furnace is turning on less frequently. We can only imagine how much will be saved on heating costs! Fantastic experience! We cannot express enough compliments to Ivan and Sergey who we feel did everything they could to make it indeed a fabulous windows & patio doors replacement experience. The first gentleman went through a very engaging presentation that had us emerge afterwards with a good understanding of what we want in our house. I did my research and after getting several quotes, I couldnt help but lean towards Window Mart, thanks to Ivan who outperformed the others with his genuine personality and well rounded knowledge of the windows that he conveyed though an excellent presentation. Sergey (the installer) also nailed it - I could tell he was giving it his best - as well as cleaned thoroughly afterwards. Window Mart did great job with windows and sliding doors in our house. We are very glad we went with this company after we received some estimates from other companies also. Quality is very good and we really like how easy windows and doors slide. With triple glass windows we should see big improvement and pay less on bills. Very happy Window Mart helped with financing. Without it would be hard to replace everything at once!

At the start, we didnt really know what to expect, but after Darias visit, we felt confident continuing with this company. She showed great knowledge of the technical aspects of the windows as well as doors, manifested in how easy she handled our questions, and we had quite a few. What can I say, dealing with the Window Mart team has been nothing short of delightful! Not only was Ivan (the salesperson that did the estimate) very professional and friendly, making the decision process a no-brainer, the installer did a perfect job putting in the new windows and leaving everything super clean. The doors are next to be replaced, and Ivans card will come handy again as soon as the holidays are over.

In late summer we decided it has to happen and tried Window Mart. Daria was much more professional than first two sales people. She spent around 2 hours with us - showed actual windows and took time to educate us about them. Installer did very good job and cleaned well after he finished installations. Thanks!

Great service from start to finish!!! We were looking to replace all our windows & doors in our 25 years old house. After research of 4 companies Lux windows, Ecoline, Home Depot and Window Mart we decided to chose Window Mart. Our sales consultant Ivan came over to our house on time.
