This place nobody should go. I went with 8 big bags of bottles, the guy who was counting was so rude and didn't count half of it, he just stood there and entered a fraction of the amount. I was helpless, as they lie, big rip off half off the amount of bottle I had taken to another NE bottle depot i got double the amount. Also the old guy there is rude he pushes people away who are waiting in line and takes who have the biggest load to the front. will never ever go there.

Terrible services and I feel like they are not counting the bottles right. Pretend they don’t speak English.

Quick and no nonsense bottle returns. Very fast due to their new machines. Honest and reliable. Five stars

People are rude to deal with and lately i have been using different bottle depots to bring my bottles to under suspicion i wasnt getting the full value for my bottles at falconridge.( i was counting my bottles before bringing them in and the counts didnt match ). So basically do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 min and get what your bottles are really worth.

We have been going to this location since it opened - now it has new owners and it is disgusting to return bottles. We were there today and it is filthy dirty - mess everywhere , water all over the floors - just a complete mess. I know this is a bottle depot but the condition we found it in this morning was terrible. We may have to find another place to return our bottles.

This bottle depot is one of the best that we have ever been to.They are clean,fast and courteous,We always make this our go to depot and encourage friends and family to go here also.

Although bottle depots do not sparkle with cleanliness and your feet may stick to the floor on occasions, I found the staff honest at this location. You could do worse.
