Worst property management company ever dealt with. On move in over 20 light bulbs we’re out. Kitchen sink was leaking. Could fix it unless someone was home before 3 so the contractor didn’t get paid overtime. ( people work ). Laundry room was dirty. Dryer vent exhaust had hole in it. Lint trap was plugged. Paid to get the home on my own cost up to par as the property management was unreliable on getting things done. All the heat vents in this house are caked with filth.

Unprofessional, abusive and inept

The owner wants me to express my concerns... For srarters the property managers are rude. You can not get ahold of them ever by any means. I've dealt with three in five years, the worst one told me to sell all my units and move when I complained about a broken fan. They lose cheques and paper work, but blame it on the mail. Even when you drive to that awful neighborhood, and fill it out in the office. The thing I hate the most is how all of the staff treat you like a whiny tenant,save your $$
