My elderly friend ordered a bed frame and chest of drawers in early October 2023. He had to wait TWO MONTHS for the furniture to be delivered, then had to wait another week for the Leon employee to put the chest and bedframe together. The bedframe was fine, but when they opened the box for the chest of drawers, it was broken! The pieces were broken! Now he has to wait another two months!!! With no apology or compensation from Leon's in Calgary! Appallingly bad customer service!
