    The last 2 companies that were at my house told me that the red juice my kids spilled on my carpet were permanent stains, there gone now. the guy was actually on time, very professional, was not in and out he spent the time to treat the stains, and the price was about the same. I will not use any one except these guys from now on. Thank you highly recommend this company Lisa
