Yeah, i understand an honest mistake but atleast take responsibulity for your action. I got my cartilage pierced at claires about 6 months ago and no problems. I went back for my second hole. I got one ear pierced fine but the other one got pierced to high so she just took it out with no permission! She asked cindy to help so now cindy was piercing my ear she pierced it really close to my 1st hole. She wentto take and i said "dont touch me" she reapeted with the same excuse "oh its cause of your ear size" honestly thats the stupidest thing. Its seriously ridiculouse good thing im at that age were i can handle pain if that were a 5 year old that would be ridiculouse. So claires staff own up to your mistakes and stop with the excuses at the end of the day its you that looks bad Not me. Drop the excuses and deal with the consequences.
