A Royal Touch

I have been going the the Royal touch parlour for a year with my Morkie and Pomeranian puppies. We have received the best care and grooming services. Don’t hesitate in bringing your dogs to this business. Fantastic and 5 star!

I love bring my dog here. They great service, a fair price, always super friendly, and dog looks GREAT afterwards. More importantly he is VERY HAPPY when they return him to me.

I do not recommend A Royal Touch to anyone! I read reviews for this place and thought I was going to get the best treatment. I have a Labradoodle but his hair is not curly so I don't particularly like typical poodle cuts. I explained quite specifically the cut I wanted and she nodded like she understood my request. When I came back that day to pick up my dog, none of my requests were followed and he was cut exactly like a poodle. I was told the groomer was gone and I could bring him back the next day to get the cut fixed. I was also told that they gave him a medicated cream without consenting me first and he has been reacting severely to the cream ever since. I had taken time off work that day to get the cut done and so I then had to take more time off work to get the cut fixed. When I came back the next morning, they were rude and unprofessional. They blamed me and told me that they do not tolerate abuse to staff. I work in the service industry and have had many clients that have put up a fuss about things and my response is always apologetic and resolved. They told me that they never wanted to see me or my dog again. I was amazed and shocked at the way they treated me. I do not recommend bringing your business here.

We have been going to royal touch for about 2 years. They are awesome, the dogs really look forward to visiting the girls and they do an excellent Job. The price is very reasonable and much less than the pet stores. I like the fact that I can drop my dogs off on the way to work and pick them up after work, it is convenient and I know my dogs will be well taken care of for the day!
