Loved it! I've been in Calgary 5 years and this is my new favourite spot. It's worth the drive from Calgary - the staff are awesome and my haircut & colour is absolutely perfect.
Awful. The stylist did not listen to a word I said. Ripped through my hair until I was almost in tears. Turned my hair grey instead of blonde. Gave me a blunt cut after I told her about my terrible experience with them and how I wanted layers. Wouldn't listen when we went back and refused a refund. Absolutely would never go back. Completely ruined my hair.
