Jacks Classic Nails & Spa Ltd

Went there to get my nails done. They used a dirty cuticle clipper on me (passes around from station to station) and it gave me an infection around my nail beds.

Sloppy Job

I have been there 2x to get shellac changes, and both times the lady doing my nails did them so quickly and was not concerned if the nails were fully covered or well done as she was talking to other people, getting other customers set up, etc. I know that they have a lot of walkins, but both times I had appointments and I felt like time and care was not taken to make sure I was satisfied. I left both times with nails that were not done that well, and last time I said something and all she did was do another coat and another top coat, making it 7 layers thick! It is now coming off and it has been 4 days. Will not be going back,

Were they just too busy?

I went to get my nails and an eyebrow waxing done yesterday, three different people worked on my nails. What a sloppy job. And the nail I had done, after refusing what was done first is just as sloppy. My eyebrows, done just as bad. i had to come home and try to clean up what they had done. Unfortunately I have to wait for some of it to grow back, i dont think they were careful enough with the wax and removed more than they should, i now have holes is my brows. NOT GOING BACK AGAIN!!!
